2025 will see me head into my 23rd year within the water treatment industry. An NVQ qualified plumbing and heating engineer, I initially spent many years with Phoenix Water Services Ltd servicing, repairing and installing a large range of water softeners, drinking water filter systems and boiling water taps.
Building the brand that was Phoenix Water Services Ltd prior to the unexpected sale to Harvey Water Softeners in 2021 I am now fully independent and one of the only few truly independent water softener companies still trading within Essex and the Southeast.
Offering a large selection of products from the best leading brands of water softeners and boiling water taps I am an official member of the Association of Independent Water Softener Experts, the accredited installer throughout Essex, Kent and London for British boiling tap manufacturers Qettle and an authorised service agent for Tapworks water softeners.
